THURSDAY NIGHT IS SAUSAGE AND ALE NIGHT
AT THE PONTEFRACT CASTLE

The Pontefract Castle is pleased to announce the launch of our Sausage and Ale night. Every Thursday from 5pm you can buy any sausage dish, and a pint of any of our cask ales*, for just £7.95.

Our Gourmet Sausages - are second to none, thanks to our award-winning York House butchers. Our spring selection includes: Cumberland sausages served with homemade parsnip crisps; Lamb and apricot sausages served with homemade onion rings; and wild boar, pork and apple sausages with homemade parsnip crisps. All of our sausages dishes come with mash and gravy, and can even be served as a Toad in the Hole.

Our Real Ale - here at The Pontefract Castle we really do know our ale. With a vast and unrivalled cask ale selection to choose from we are sure you, with the help of our cask master, will be able to find one to perfectly complement your meal.

There is no need to book, or download a voucher. All you have to do is come along on a Thursday after 5pm, choose a sausage dish from our seasonal range and a pint from one of our cask ales.

Don’t worry if you don’t know which ale will go with which sausage dish; our cask masters will be on hand to help you choose the best possible pairing. * Amstel, House Red, White or Rose, or Pepsi (including diet) can be substituted instead of ale
