Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your role at L’Occitane?
My name is Diana, and I’m the Store Manager here at L’Occitane, St Christopher’s Place.
L’Occitane is a beauty and wellbeing company with a truly holistic approach to nature. Our goal is to showcase the wonders of nature to the world through our products, while remaining respectful of the environment and the communities we work with.
What first drew you to L’Occitane?
I’ve been connected to L’Occitane since I was a teenager. What has always fascinated me - and still does today - is the story behind each product range.
Every range has its own heritage, ingredients and inspiration. When we share those stories with customers and explain how the products are made, it genuinely captivates them. In 2026, customers are more curious than ever about authenticity, provenance, and purpose - and those stories really resonate.
Do you have a favourite L’Occitane product?
My favourite product is the Immortelle Night Serum. It works beautifully to relax the skin while you sleep, helping to restore radiance and freshness. When you wake up the next day, your skin looks rested, luminous, and healthy - it’s one of those products that continues to be a customer favourite year after year.
What makes St Christopher’s Place special for you and your customers?
St Christopher’s Place is truly a hidden gem. For those who are new to the area - or yet to discover it - it offers a real sense of community. People are seeking places that feel welcoming, local and personal, and St Christopher’s Place offers exactly that. Its somewhere people can explore, connect and feel part of something.
