Olivelli's May Special

There’s something about May in London - longer days, softer sunlight, and a gentle buzz in the air. At Olivelli, that feeling has been beautifully captured in their latest special: Fettuccine Merano. 

Inspired by the flavours of South Tyrol northern Italy, this dish is a true celebration of Italian craftsmanship. Fresh, flat ribbons of fettuccine are twirled with crispy lightly smoked ham, artichoke hearts, cream of artichoke sauce with shallots, Parmesan, cheese, butter, and a touch of white wine. Simple, authentic Italian cooking.
