Expert steakhouse Flat Iron, founded by self-taught butcher Charlie Carroll, will be opening its doors to London’s meat lovers at St Christopher's Place very soon. Having built a cult following with their unwavering commitment to serving the best possible steak, Flat Iron will be bringing this same ethos and energy to their newest restaurant on James Street.
Known for their signature 'Flat Iron' steaks, which are taken from the often-underused feather blade of the animal that has exceptional flavour and tenderness, they’ll also be serving up a range of exciting new specials.
